5 ways to attract healthier and fitter self (and abundance!)

Everything that surrounds us is energy. Money is energy. Health is energy. Beauty is energy. They’re all energy that either flows smoothly into your life, or sometimes not. Besides doing what you can physically, it is also very important to make sure that your mind is also manifesting the healthier and fitter you.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Be mindful of what you’re eating

Do you know how much calories are you eating each day? Or each meal? Do you know how much calories your body needs in a day. On average, women should take about 2000 calories a day, while men need about 2500. If you think that you will lose more weight by taking calories below the average, you’re dead wrong. By doing that you will slow down your metabolic rate, making weight loss harder. If you pay attention to what you eat, you are consciously aware of the flow of the energy. This way you are attracting the right energy to get a healthy and fitter body.


  1. Treat yourself with desert during the weekend (and be happy about it)

Here’s the thing. If you want something, you have to be in a happy and grateful mood. Being in the opposite mood will just attract the opposite energy. What I’m saying here is, after the whole week of taking care of your diet, you deserve some indulgence. So go ahead and enjoy a bowl of ice cream or some caramel fudge. But the trick is not to feel bad about it. Enjoy every moment of eating that ice cream and continue with your healthy eating habit the next week. When you send this energy to yourself and the universe, it sends a positive signal.


  1. Don’t go on a diet. Be on a healthy lifestyle.

When you’re on a diet, you tend to feel demotivated. You just can’t wait for everything to be over. It feels like a regime or makes you look like someone on a parole. This can send a negative feeling. And this can make you feel down and sometimes depress. And this can lead to you cheat or give up on the whole thing. Research on tasty healthy food, and make sure it becomes a fun lifestyle. When its fun, it creates a good feeling and vibration. That’s what we need to manifest a healthy and fit body.


  1. Declutter your refrigerator

You know when you break up with your partner you feel the need to declutter your home to move on? The same thing goes here. Get rid of the toxin food. Toxin food = unhealthy body. Unhealthy body = negative vibe, this leads to diseases, mood swings, exhaustion and so many more. You don’t need anything that reminds you of your old eating habits. Go to the supermarket and get fresh fruits and vegetables. Buy organic items. Get fresh meat and not processed meat. Replace white sugar with brown sugar, white rice with brown rice and pasta with zucchini. Take a look at your brand new clean refrigerator, move on and never look back. Enjoy your new journey.


  1. Don’t be too hard on yourself, and let the universe do the rest

Believe it or not, the more harder you go on yourself the lower your chances are to succeed in this. When you’re stressed, your metabolic rate slows down. So, try your best, be grateful with what you have achieve (even if you have just lost half a kilo), be happy with your life, meditate and let your body work on its own.
