So, if you’re going to take rendang and ketupat, make sure you take more rendang then ketupat. This is because, protein can help to maintain a healthy weight
4. Drink water. Lots of it.
Time to ditch those sweet drinks and opt for water instead. Not only sweet drinks are bad for you, it also makes the process of losing weight more difficult later.
5. Eat and chew slowly
Researches found that people who eat and chew slowly ate 12% less than people who don’t
6. Pile up your plate with veges
This way has been proved to work, and it has been recognized as a way to protect your body against obesity
7. If you can, workout the next day
Now I know this might be very difficult to do during the holiday season, but it is also very essential to keep the weight off. Plus, its healthy too.
8. Take it easy
Hey, it is the holiday season, and you should be enjoying yourself. The last thing you need is to be worried. Take it easy and enjoy yourself!
